- RO Water Filtration: All our cooking, baking, and complimentary table water is purified utilizing multi-stage commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO) and UV filtration systems.

We believe in absolute transparency. A physical copy of our FSSAI registration certificate is prominently displayed at our hosting stand at Heritage Plaza, Tower Chowk, Darbhanga. Guests are welcome to request inspection logs from our floor manager.
