If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please refrain from using our online reservation tools.
2. Table Reservations & Seating Policy
We strive to provide impeccable hospitality to every guest. To ensure a smooth operation, please observe our reservation policies:
- Grace Period: Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the reserved time. If you anticipate a delay, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone. After 15 minutes, the table may be released to waitlisted guests.
- Party Size Modifications: Significant changes to guest counts must be communicated at least 2 hours prior to arrival to ensure appropriate seating arrangements.
- Right of Admission: The management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service to individuals displaying disruptive behavior or violating dress code and decorum guidelines.
3. Food Pre-Booking & Kitchen Preparation
Our "Pre-Book Food" service allows guests to order dishes in advance to minimize waiting times upon arrival:
- Order Confirmation: A pre-booking request submitted via WhatsApp is considered unconfirmed until acknowledged by our hosting team via WhatsApp message.
- Freshness Guarantee: Pre-booked items are scheduled for preparation based on your estimated arrival time. Late arrivals may impact the optimal temperature and presentation of certain delicate artisanal dishes.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We prepare our ingredients fresh daily. If you must cancel or reschedule your reservation or food pre-booking, we kindly request a minimum of 2 hours' notice. Frequent unannounced no-shows may result in restrictions on future online bookings for the associated phone number.
5. Pricing & Menu Disclaimers
All prices listed on our digital menu are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to applicable government taxes and packaging charges where relevant. While we ensure our digital menu is updated continuously, prices and seasonal item availability are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your dining experience shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Darbhanga, Bihar.
